Hallo, ich bin Arlette...
Seit meiner Kindheit wurde ich von Vögeln umgeben. Es hat angefangen mit einem schön singenden Kanarienvogel, danach einen süßen Unzertrennlichen und jetzt einen prachtvollen, klugen und schelmischen Weißhauben Kakadu. Deshalb habe ich auch einen Vogel in meinem Logo. Ich fühle mich schon mein Leben lang sehr verbunden mit den Vögeln, sie sind etwas sehr Besonderes für mich. Als ich auf den Weg der Tierkommunikation kam, war es Vasco mein Kakadu, der mir erzählte, diesen Weg fortzusetzen.Und hier bin ich! Sehr dankbar, dass ich eine Verbindung zwischen Mensch und Tier sein darf!
Losar, Tibetan New Year
Heute, 9. Februar 2016 ist Losar, tibetisches Neujahr.
Losar wird von tibetischen Buddhisten und buddhistischen Zentren in der ganzen Welt gefeiert. Es ist ein wichtiges Fest in Tibet, Indien, China, Nepal, Bhutan, Vietnam und Korea. Das Word Losar wird abgeleitet von zwei tibetischen Wörter – ‘lo’ bedeutet ‘Jahr’ und ‘sar’ ‘neu’. Die Tage vor Losar ist jeder beschäftigt, sein Haus von innen und außen zu reinigen und nicht nur sein Haus, auch der Geist wird gereinigt. Nach dieser Reinigung fangen die Vorbereitungen an, um das neue Jahr zu begrüßen. Symbolische Objekte werden angefertigt und auf den Hausaltar gestellt. Diese Objekte bringen der Familie Glück, Gesundheit und Wohlstand für das kommende Jahr. Selbstverständlich werden auch Vorbereitungen bezüglich Essen und Trinken getroffen. Dazu gehört Chang (tibetisches Bier), süßer Reis, Tee, Butter, Kekse, Süßigkeiten und Obst.

What is Bardo?
Bardo is a Tibetan word that literally means “between”. For the Tibetans, Bardo is the period between the point of time of dying and rebirth, a moment between the moments. It is a period of 49 days.
What does it mean and what happens?
In this period the spirit takes its time to go through several stages, accompanied by a lot of prayers and ceremonies and at the end to have a good rebirth if he wants to. For the Tibetan people it is very important to accompany the spirit on his way to its next rebirth. For them life and death are part of their daily life, things come and go, which is completely different from our way of thinking and living. We put death far away from us, we don not think about death. For me the kind of how the Tibetans and also the Nepali people look to life and death is a more natural way. They honor the death, they believe in reincarnation, they live by the day. We cannot deny death, it is there, so look at it and integrate it into our daily life. more…
