Finally sitting outside.
A beautiful summer evening, there were not many of them.
It’s not even a very warm, sultry evening.
A slight breeze makes a nice atmosphere.
The first signs of autumn are in the air.
A clear night sky full of stars.
The wind blows softly through the trees and plays with the leaves.
Crickets chirping under my balcony.
Far away the noise of the city.
A shooting star. I make a wish.
In the bushes I hear a hedgehog rustle.
The quacking of geese up in the air.
Another shooting star!
I am grateful and enjoy.

Having breakfast with a colleague, chatting about the weekend, but also talking about the terrible attack in Munich last Friday evening, a little drama happens with a kestrel, just before my eyes. I saw it was chased by some crows, but did not notice it further, as it happens a lot that birds play or chase each other. But the next time I looked out of the window, the little kestrel was laying on the pavement, his wings spread wide and just looked exhausted. more…
